We fit the spectra of the galactic transient source GX~339-4 during its 2013 outburst using Two Component Advective Flow (TCAF) solution. The data is from the recent NuSTAR observation. The residual clearly fits with a double peaked Fe $K_{\alpha}$ line which is indicative of a rapidly rotating matter close to a black hole. We used LAOR model for fitting the Fe $K_{\alpha}$ line. From the TCAF model fitted flow parameters, we conclude that the source was in the hard state throughout this particular outburst. Our computation indicates that the Kerr parameter is near extreme and is around $a\sim 0.989$.
